If you can no longer make your appointment please call us on 0115 9626088 to cancel. Please note that we require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so for NHS patients may result in withdrawal of the provision of NHS treatment, and private patients & private treatment will incur a ‘missed appointment’ charge.
